Hospitality interiors
Hotels, restaurants and guest-facing interiors, where the detail has to survive constant use.
Hospitality is the hardest brief we take. The space has to feel distinctive, photograph well, meet the relevant codes, serve back-of-house operations guests never see, and take a level of wear that domestic work never approaches.
So we design for the operator as much as for the guest — sightlines, covers, service routes, and finishes chosen for how they clean and how they are repaired.

What this covers
What this covers
Guest-facing design
Lobbies, dining rooms, guest rooms and bars — the character the operation is sold on.
Operational planning
Covers, service routes, back-of-house adjacency, and the flow between them.
Durable specification
Finishes and furniture selected for maintenance and replacement, not for appearance alone.
Delivery on a live site
Sequencing that respects an opening date and, where needed, a property that is still trading.
How we approach it
We bring the operator in early rather than at handover. The people who will run the space every day usually know something the drawings do not, and it is far cheaper to hear it before the joinery is set out.
Elsewhere in the practice
Other areas of work
The whole of it, not the parts that are easy.
Drawings, specification, procurement, site coordination and handover run as one piece of work. Where a specialist trade is required we appoint and manage it, and it remains our responsibility to you rather than yours to them.
- One scope covering design through to handover
- Specialist trades appointed and managed by us
- A single point of responsibility throughout
